Castor Oil
Castor oil absorbs extremely deeply into hair, which makes it so effective when used in conjunction with other oils, since it draws in all of the other oils' nutrients with it. Castor oil not only penetrates the shaft of hair, but also absorbs into the skin, strengthening the root of the hair. It softens hair and adds volume.
